The Board of Trustees of the College of Islamic Sciences on Wednesday morning at the Diwan of the Ministry of Awqaf and Religious Affairs held its first meeting this year under the chairmanship of His Excellency Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Salmi, Minister of Awqaf and Religious Affairs , President of the Council and in the presence of His Excellency Sheikh Minister Justice, HE Dr. Minister of legal Affairs, and Sheikh Dr. Vice President of the Supreme Court, and His Eminence Sheikh Dr. Assistant Mufti of the Sultanate, and His Excellency the Secretary - General of the Center of Sultan Qaboos Higher culture and Science, and the President of His Excellency Dr. JA Ah Sultan Qaboos, HE Dr. Undersecretary of the Ministry of Higher Education, and the Assistant Secretary - General of the Council of Education, Dr. Dean of the Faculty meeting began following up the implementation of the previous meeting decisions, and stand on the results of the decisions, then addressed the meeting to discuss the overall budget and the stage reached by the executive regulations and organizational structure of the College, the Council also discussed the subject of the Dean for academic Affairs Assistant appointment, the Board approved the proposed number of students admitted in the academic year 2017/2018 and admission requirements, the Council reviewed a proposal for a vision of a training program for the training of imams and preachers in the Sultanate, and finally adopted the pain Council list of graduates for the year 2016. Faculty of forensic science contribute to the preparation and qualification of thinkers and researchers in Islamic thought and knowledge, and the Omani civilization and to highlight their achievements and contributions to the human civilization
